On August 22, 2022, the Ministry of Construction issued document 3712/BXD-HTKT to Phu My Vinh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company regarding the issuance of a sub-license for the clean water supply business.
According to Investment Law No. 61/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020, Clean water business (drinking water) is a conditional business sector listed in Appendix IV, item 102. The Ministry of Construction is currently researching and drafting a Decree to regulate the conditions for the clean water business, which will serve as the foundation for local authorities to implement.
